TOOLZ Sling Trainer Trainingstoestel-Groen,Zwart

The Toolz sling trainer is quick to set up and can be attached to any door or anchor point such as a door frame in your home or, using the extension strap, to a tree, a beam or an eyelet outside. It is a quick and time-saving way to train. With the handle holders you can perform intensive upper body exercises, such as rowing or reverse fly. Your own body weight serves as resistance and can be individually adjusted by changing your body position. The straps can help beginners to guide the movement and achieve optimal balance. Experts can add new training stimuli to their training programme through unilateral training using the sling trainer. The Toolz sling trainer is ideal for functional exercises and offers a huge variety of training for a full-body workout.
